2. Set Iron to Cotton setting for one minute
3. Thoroughly iron area of garment where patch will be placed 
4. Dampen lightly on the adhesive side of patch
5. Position your patch where you desire, Place it on garment, embroidery facing up
6. Place light towel over patch and press firmly for 30 seconds
7. Turn the garment inside out, and iron the back of the the patch for 30 seconds
8. Let item cool for one minute. Repeat the process is the edge of the patch can be lifted.
